These DIY Washi Tape Valentine Cards looks so awesome and they look like you spent so much time making them! They’re actually very easy to make, and very quick too! Make these instead of boring store-bought cards for your friends, classmates, family, etc. Each one is unique and I’m sure everyone will love to see what design you made for them!
You will need:
- white cardstock
- red cardstock
- washi tape in various colors
- heart stickers (or any stickers you’d like to decorate with)
Cut your red paper into any size and shape you want. I chose to trace a business card. Then cut your white paper into the same shape as the red cards that you cut out, but make them bigger. That way when you put the red card on top of the white card, you have a cute little border.
Use your washi tape to decorate the red card, fold the tape that sticks out around the back. You can do stripes, different angles, or even overlap them. Then use your stickers to decorate the card any way you want!
Turn your card around and put some glue on the back. Then press the red card into the middle of the white card.
That’s it! Repeat the steps as many times as you want to make lots and lots of cards for all of your friends!
